What is Creativity Coaching?
Creativity coaches, like life coaches, help people nurture their dreams and reach their goals. As a Creativity Coach, I am specifically trained to help with the many issues related to one's creative life. I know how to reach past the many kinds of blocks to being creative, such as fears, self-doubt, a too busy life, and an overly critical mind. I can help you uncover and develop your talents, work more deeply and productively, complete and polish your projects, and take them out into the world. If this sounds too big or daunting to you, be assured that I follow YOUR lead. You may need a push to get your work out there, or you might just want to boost your creativity in your everyday life.  I believe in YOU, and I want you to have a more creative, joyful, empowered, and fulfilling life.  As a coach I provide support, guidance, stimulus, perspective, challenge, accountability, and resources to help you with your creative process and life changes.

How does it work?
First, we will talk about your current creativity issues. I will ask questions to help clarify what your creative goals are and how I can help you reach them. We will then design an action plan together, including short term objectives and doable steps. I will be your guide in this process, and will challenge you to live out your dreams and potential, but our work together starts with your initiative, your agenda, and your choices.  Before the end of the first session, we will decide upon the initial length of time to work together. Three months is my recommended time for the first contract, but other time periods are also possible, depending on your needs and goals.
LENGTH OF COMMITMENT - We will agree upon a package, with a  length of time to work together, anywhere     from one to six months. Three months is ideal to stay focused, accomplish some changes, evaluate progress,         and continue if desired. Many clients prefer to renew a contract to continue their creative growth.

EMAIL and PHONE - I've found that a combination of email and phone contact works best for most people.                I will respond within 2-3 days to emails.

IN PERSON -  I like meeting with people one-on-one in the beginning, so if you live in the Greater Boston area,       let's try to set up a meeting!

SKYPE - A free, face-to-face alternative to phone calls.

COST -  Reasonable payment options, which vary according to the package and contact agreements we make.
